 Protein that tastes great July 31, 2008

Because of recent weight loss surgery, I must consume over 70g of protein daily. I can now eat very little. The cans of protein shake are tasty - in fact, I've tried quite a few and this is absolutely the best available. It has only 170 calories and 35g protein. Tastes almost like chocolate milk.

This is a good low-calorie protein shake. It's good if you don't mind that it has some soy protein and if you're too lazy to mix up your own. Of course it tastes like reheated sick, but that's expected with sports drinks.

I have used this product for over a year. There is nothing better on the market that blends high protein content, low carbs, and only 170 calories a serving. Product is great, prefer chocolate or cookies and cream flavors, the vanilla tastes a bit too artificially sweet..

You can barely taste the chocolate in this drink because the sweetness is so overwhelming!!! Somewhat nauseating really
