I love this stuff! Great taste! Easily dissolves in water or other liquid. No chalky taste and I am REALLY finicky about supplements. It is pure protein- no carbs. I have been using it for about 5 years now for my breakfast shake and it mixes well with so many different flavors.
It's more expensive than your grocery store brands but you definitely get what you pay for. I haven't seen any other brand that dissolves completely in water and has a really good taste.
