This product had no affect on my hair. It is a waste of money. Not even worth one half of a star.

I bought a 2 month supply of these (plus the herbal pills that can go with it)... its 10 pills a day!!! and you have to spread them out! even without the 'herbal helpers', it would 8 pills a day... and you HAVE to take them EVERYDAY... i understand their concept (that your body can only absorb so many vitamins at one time...so they divide up the dosages to get the maximum absorbtion...) but who has time for this stuff??
I don't even work (stay at home mom)..and I couldn't even remember to take all of them... some you can eat with and some can not... its seriously a MISSION! I would rather just take 1 or 2 pilss a day, even if they don't work as well..
HF37 does make the new hair look healthy.. but so does other vitamins.. i cannot say that this made my hair grow faster... only about 1/2 inch per month (which is the average hair gorwth rate, anyways!)
Won't be buying this again... TOO MANY PILLS!!!!

I bought this product about six months ago from doing some online research. I had cut my hair really short (Think Halle Berry in Die Another Day), and I suddenly wanted my hair back. I had begun to take this vitamin, and while my hair didn't grow at the rate that most people claim, it did grow faster. I also wear one of those hair bonnets that have the grow stuff in them at night, and that helped A LOT! I don't break up the doses (just because I will forget and don't feel like it), so I take all six tablets at bedtime. But another benefit that I got from this vitamin is that I no longer have acne. This vitamin made my skin literally bump-free! My family has even asked me about my skin, and I told them about my hair vitamins! Now, I'm just working on the spots that are there from past acne, but my face is completely acne free. The longer I take them, the better it gets. I tried the hair vitamins in the purple jar (also on amazon) and they are still sitting on my dresser collecting dust. I'm a HF37 girl for life!

I think this is a good product. I have been taking the pills for 3 weeks. My hair feels strong. I would recommend it to others.
