I tried this product based on what most of the other reviewers said. I used the cleanse smart along with the oil smart and the fiber smart as reccomended, however, it didn't do anything. I too felt bloated, constipated and anxious waiting to go. Don't use this product. It actually makes you feel worse than before using it.

This product purges toxins from different areas of the body and sends them straight to the intestines to be removed giving your intestines even more stuff that needs to be eliminated. This kit does not contain a fiber supplement and you really must use one to keep the toxins moving on out and not being re-absorbed and to avoid constipation. I personally think it should be sold with fiber but that's just my opinion. Even if you are going to the bathroom twice per day you should use a fiber supplement and drink lots of water during any detox to assist with speedy and complete removal of what was purged from other organs. This will also reduce constipation, cramping, etc. Detox is not pretty or easy and the worse you are the harder the detox, if you are complaining loudly about the detox you probably need it most!

tried it with high high hopes trust me. Didn't live up to my hopes. In fact as a couple users have stated it actually made me constipated?? I stopped after 3 days after having pains in my colon and not being able to make a bowel movement. Go figure.
