1 out of 5 stars Misrepresentation   June 14, 2007

The product was advertised as Vitamin D. It was actually Vitamin D and
Vitamin A. The dosage of Vitamin A is potentially dangerous.

5 out of 5 stars Responding to other reviewer that this product has too much D   January 18, 2007
Milton Free
Quoting Jonathan V Wright in Nov 2003 "Nutrition and Healing": "the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published an article re-examining the upper limits of vitamin D safety, 2,000 IU daily, is 'too low by at least 5-fold.' Instead, they suggested that 10,000 IU daily might be a better 'safe upper limit.'"

This brand is probably a good one. Derivation from fish liver oil is better than a synthetic process.
