Magic Morning Pill! March 11, 2010 Synesthesia I have never been one to take multivitamins because they either make my stomach upset, or for some odd reason, when I start taking them routinely, I end up with a cold.
Throughout my adult life, I have struggled with irregular periods and horrible pains associated with them. I had also been looking to start a multivitamin for some time, so I decided this would be a good place as any to look. Not only does it provide many vitamins and minerals, but it has herbal extracts to promote the health of our reproductive systems too! After starting the vitamin, I found I didn't have any of the same problems other multivitamins gave me and I was feeling better overall.
Six months later, I have been enjoying regular periods, few cramps, lots of energy, better moods and no more nightmarish PMS! This is definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made and I think everyone around me thanks me for it too.
Good Vitamins, Huge Pills February 28, 2010 Brooklyn Girl (Central NJ, USA) I have been taking this vitamin for quite some time now. What I like about it is it contains a pretty high dosage of the minerals that women need. I also like that you only have to take one pill a day. Some of the other multivitamins out there require that you take 2 - 3 pills a day, so for me, just having to take only one pill per day is great. The only thing I don't like about these vitamins, is the size of the pills. The pills are huge!
Taking now for 8 months January 31, 2010 FlSuep (SRQ, FL) I always take a multivitamin and started this brand about 8 months ago. I'm a very active senior and can't say I feel a bit different with this vitamin compared to the ones I bought at Sam's Club. But, I'm still taking them and maybe wasting my money. GOOD LUCK!
Still Makes My Stomach Sick! December 23, 2009 Beach Bum (Southern California) I had bought this product because I had read lots of reviews on how gentle it was on your stomach, and I have bought other products from the same brand before so I decided to try their multivitamin. It has everything you need and more in it, but unfortunately just like every multivitamin I have ever bought, aside from chewable chocolate ones, it makes my stomach sick, so unless I take it with food, I am in for a not-so-good time...If you are buying this multivitamin because it is supposed to be easy on your stomach, you probably should look at another alternative, but if taking it with food is not an issue for you, this multivitamin is great in what it has to offer!
not pleased with taste or quantity November 28, 2009 MD (Baku) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Reference quantity, I knew I would need to take six/day. I live overseas and believe I need vitamin supplements. But I can't handle the taste. Once this month is over, I will go back to One-a-Day or Centrum. Hope you have more success with these.
