 Be careful of severe bloating and water retention July 21, 2008

I tried this product for 6 weeks and had no change in my waistline. I wanted something to help me lose my last 5-10 pounds. On the back of the bottle it recommends drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day while taking this product. I found I had to drink at least 12 glasses of water a day on this product or I would become incredibly bloated, constipated and uncomfortable. Even while drinking that much water, I had severe water retention issues. My weight would fluctuate dramatically during the day (I don't usually weigh myself that often).
The product did have minimal appetite suppressing qualities. However the 12 glasses of water a day help a person feel full anyway, so the product may not have been doing anything.

I took these diet pills cause they are caffiene free and I don't like the way other diet pills have made me feel. These don't make you feel jittery and wired. They do a OK job of cutting appetite too. I didn't lose any weight until the second month of using them but I think they are starting to work now. I would recommend this product.

I've tried diet pills before and they didn't cut my appetite the way I needed them to. Instead they made my heart race and made me feel nervous and uncomfortable. Since these are caffeine free, they don't race my heart and does EXACTLY what I need them to do.....Only cuts my appetite. I'm losing weight even though I don't exercise the way I should. These work GREAT! Thanks Hydroxycut.
