i have been looking for a quality multi vitamin for awhile now and came across this one. I am a huge fan of Dr. Weil and it just made sense to buy his multi vitamin. Since taking it i definitely notice an improvement in my wellbeing, my mood, attitude, body's functioning, and i even feel more rested. Check it out if your looking for a great multi. And the size isn't bad. How are you going to cram all these things into anything smaller?!? Just swallow already!

These pills are pretty big but they're really great! I just cut them in half and take one 1/2 in the morning with breakfast and the other 1/2 in the evening with dinner.
I highly recommend these vitamins and will definitely buy these again!

After many years of looking for a good, practical multiple vitamin, we have hit on one with Dr. Weil's brand and have been taking for three years. Nothing harsh like others that go thru the body within hours; these are lasting and both of us have noticed a difference in how we feel, the energy level we have, etc. We have started the practice of cutting in two and taking one half in the morning, the other with dinner and found this to work the best for us. Reasonably priced and we feel like we know what we are putting into our bodies with Dr. Weil's products.

These tablets a quite large, but not difficult to swallow, as they are somewhat slick. They appear to have about as much of everything that you could get into such a tablet, and the quality of the ingredients also seems good. I would recommend them, but it is hard to judge just what vitamins are doing, or what I would have felt like if I were not taking them.

Here's a test as to whether these are good pills for you: go buy a small cell phone, and then see if you can swallow it.
There might have the best ingredients since the fruits of Eden but if you can't swallow the little SOBs without almost puking what's the point?
They also smell really bad.
