I have been using Emergen-C for many years. The multivitamin tastes great and helps me to hydrate after sleeping. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this to family or friend.

We use Emergen-C in place of the gatorade-type products. It replenishes your electrolytes and doesn't contain all of the sugars in those other products. One of the best attributes is that you can take the packet with you hiking, exercising, etc. and mix it when you need it in a bottle of water. It is also great for colds as it gives your immune system a boost. For those really hot days of activity we have even mixed it with some water and gatorade. It has a good flavor and tastes great in water alone.

Good way to get those extra vitamins C and B's when you feel stressed or run down. Great taste and dissolves quickly and little packets easily fit in pockets or purses.
