This product is great for overall health and wellness as well as energy. The Garden of Life has the best product over GNC or any other. I have a chronic illness and do not take any medications; just use their products and I stay in remission! Great for vitamins and minerals if you don't eat enough veggies. Mix it in a smoothie with Cranberry juice, 4 oz of fruit yogurt, any frozen or fresh fruit, Tbsp of honey and some ice in a blender with 1 tsp of Super Food...........DELICIOUS!!

This is a great product for energy. I actually have trouble sleeping if I take it at night! The first time a tried it I mixed it with white grape juice- GROSS. I HIGHLY recommend orange juice. I like the OJ with pulp, then the green stuff in my mind if OJ chunks. It doesn't have an aftertaste either. I LOVE this stuff!
