As with any weight loss plan, you have to incorporate a balanced diet with an exerise program. Hardcore will help you shed the pounds but don't expect it to happen just by taking them. Recommend you follow the dosage instructions to give your body a chance to adjust to them. Overall a good buy.

Seems to be working but isn't giving me energy will working out. Mostly because the caffeine levels was higher before i was taking this product. The product warning says not to add any other caffeine source.
Well this month i decided to add one 200mg of caffeine before work-out and I'm happier.
The overall is okay I've been loosing a average of 5lbs per week without changing my food intake/cardio...

Excellent product at the best price I have found in the internet. Follow the instructions in the bottle, drink lots of water, eat healthy and excercise and the results will be amazing, I lost more than 15 pounds in 40 days.

This Product is AWESOME!!!! I am in Iraq right now, and am using it and has been for 2 months now. Last month I lost 11 pounds. It is awesome, definetly recommend.

This product just does not work for me I only got heart burn and stomach cramps and didn't give me any energy at all I don't recommend it :-<
