I am returning to buy Carlson Labs chewable iron because it is easy to take and fulfills my iron supplementation requirements. I tend to tolerate better the amino acid-chelates of iron like the iron glycinate in Carlson chewable vs. the iron salts like ferrous sulfate, etc.
