I have used htese vitamins for the last 3-4 years. I had a little boy who was sick constantly & after giving him Multi & these vitamins he has gotten healthy & I continue to give them to him to maintain his immune system. I actually use them for all 4 of my kids ages 13- 3. I have had excellent results!
