The product did reduce my appetite a little. However, the weight loss was not so noticable. I have lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks. Reduced my meals and drank plenty of water..

I've been using the product for about 2 weeks. I haven't had any negative side effects (jittery, headaches) but my appetite is under control. This is not magic bullet. It's still up to me what I eat and how much I eat, but I have better control when I use Nuphedrine.

I purchased this product because I had read a lot of really good reviews about it, but the only thing I notice from taking the pills is a shaky, jittery feeeling. I have been on a really strict diet and excersize program from which I have lost 15 pounds, but I thought this pill might help me shed the weight faster. I only want to lose another 3-5 pounds, but so far...after more than 2 weeks on it, I still haven't lost any more weight. I think it is a hoax. I had more success before I started taking the pills.

I have to say this product really does help me control my appetite. If you're not a caffeine drinker it will take a week for you to adjust to the Maximum strength energy boost. It's been 3 weeks and I have already gone down a notch on my belt. The bottle says you can take two pills a day. I can't imagine taken two of these a day. I would probably forget to eat, because I wouldn't be hungry. I take one in the morning. The main thing I like about Nuphedrine is that the energy boost is not like ephedrine that makes your hart race. It's natural and there is no come down from the energy high. My wife tells me she can already see I'm loosing weight. I would recommend this product for anyone who has trouble controlling their appetite.
