 IT WORKS, BUT AT WHAT COST? Be careful!!!! November 18, 2008

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING:
I am a 25 year old graduate student from Boston (real person, feel free to email me at morgann@bu.edu). These pills are toxic garbage. Do a google search; both Canada and Hong Kong and have issued health warnings on these pills. I took them for three days and ended up at my PCP office extremely malnourished, hadn't slept in three days, dehydrated with my kidneys aching. I may have done permanent damage to my body and I am shaking my head in disbelief. Sure, the first few days you'll feel great. You'll also not want to eat and you'll have tons of energy. And from there it gets terrifying: I sat in my bed all night the third night my body convulsing because I felt so cold and nervous, I had the worst and only panic attack of my life and sat on my shower floor for 45 minutes rocking myself back and forth and crying. I AM A HEALTHY YOUNG WOMAN AND ONLY TOOK THESE FOR THREE DAYS. Imagine what can happen in the long term. Please, please, lose weight the right way or buy your supplements from a reputable business after asking your doctor. This stuff is scary!!!!! And I did not just have "an allergic reaction" as their marketing reps have tried to tell people, tons of people like me, who had the same reaction. This stuff is sooo bad for you, ask a doctor. Crack cocaine would help you lose weight too, but would you use it?

after trying many weight loss diets and pills with unsuccessful results i decided to give solo slim a try. a friend had recommended them after losing over 40 pounds and had kept the weight off for 6 months. i like that solo slim does not make me jittery or have any caffeine type effects. i sleep well at night. these pills do not give you any extra energy. however, they totally supress my appetite! i'm eating way less and i don't have cravings or feel hungry. i'm a full time student and i used to make at least one trip to the vending machine a day but haven't eaten any junk food since i started on solo slim. on days that i forget to take one i have cravings but i eat less. i guess my stomach has shrunk from eating less overall. i'm almost done my first month and i will be buying another month's supply soon. as for weight loss, i've lost about 4 pounds in 3 weeks. i'm happy and feel that this is a healthy rate to lose weight. and it's easy! i'm not struggling or feeling deprived like i have on every other diet. there is no such thing as a pill that works for everyone but after trying over 20 different weight loss pills, i've found what works for me and i would recommend trying solo slim. oh, and i live a pretty seditary lifestyle and have not increased my exercise what so ever.

I always read the reviews of items that might help me shed the extra 20 lbs. I have gained in middle age and get excited about when I too can leave my review touting the wonder of the product/book. As one might expect that never happens- until now.
It has been two days since I started Solo Slim and I am so thrilled I want to buy a case of it in case the FDA ever discovers it works and pulls it- that is how fantastic it is. I get hungry, yes, but I am full on half or even less of what I was eating before. I also have found by the second day my cravings for junk food are all going away.
I am no longer fighting hunger pains, headaches,weakness and foul moods from dieting. It has been wonderful! I have not gotten dry mouth as others have mentioned, which even if I did would be no big deal. My energy is way up so I am getting in 15,000 steps instead of 10,000 and my hunger is almost not there. Even when I am hungry it takes very little to satisfy it. I am not getting jittery, and that says alot because a diet coke, aspirin, coffee and tea send me into spaz mode for an hour or so. And it does not seem to be giving me any trouble sleeping. Although, I can see how the energy boost could be a problem for some people. All of this from 1 pill a day!
This is it. My quest has ended. I will no longer look for the elusive Hoodia that is impossible to get nor will I beg my doctor for a month of phentermine. I will no longer suffer hypoglycemic melt downs from low carb diets and I will never again chew on my own hand because I have no more Weight Watchers points for the day. I can now choose the apple over the chips because I want to not because I should.
So this is what people who say, "Just don't any of that junk food, don't snack and watch your portions" feel like all the time. If only they knew the other side of that "dark force" know as hunger, they would not be so cavalier.
As soon as the scale starts to move I will post an update. Also, you know I am real because I have many other reviews of other products. I worry sometimes that some of the reviews are staged, so I usually check to see if some of the reviewers have other items they have reviewed. You can check my other posts out for reassurance.

This pill definitely makes you not crave food somehow. You are not ever hungry and when you do want something to eat, you are not craving the terrible foods that you normally want. I did have dry mouth for the first couple of days, along with a couple of nights where I didn't sleep as good as usual. My main side effect is that my skin has broken out (acne) on my face pretty bad. I am not sure what ingredient does it, but it definitely is connected to this pill. I have only heard of this in one other comment, so maybe it doesn't affect most people in this way. The weight loss is worth it - in my opinion. I have lost 12 pds so far and I need to lose about 10 more and I'll be at 130 pds. Worth the money!

This little pill WORKS!!!! I dont feel hungry, eating way less! people commenting that I look skinny! Love it, definitely try it!
