I bought this product at Wal-mart one day because I know how expensive glucosamine-chronditin can be and they had a 2-pack for $30. I'm 23 years old and have a moderate case of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I take NSAIDS daily to control my pain and I still experience a fair amount even after taking this product...but ever since I started taking this I have slowly been able to start jogging and playing racquetball again, two of my most favorite activities. I take both pills at the same time, and when I forget to take them, what reminds me is the pain in my left knee and feet, thats how much of a difference it makes. I swear by this product.

I'm only 33 years old, but I've had knee issues ever since a couple of bike accidents as a child that landed me on my knees fairly badly. Combine that with getting older, a lot of high heel use, and the body weight fluctuations of 3 pregnancies. You can see where I'm going with this. It was getting to the point of where I would stand at the top of the stairs and brace myself to take that first painful step down.(If you have knee problems you know exactly what I mean!) I'd had enough and I got a bottle Osteo bi-flex. I cannot believe the difference this procuct has made!! It said guaranteed results in 7 days- but I noticed a difference in just 2. I've been going up and down the steps without even thinking about my knees at all! I feel like the clock has been turned back on my knees. Now if they would only make face creams... lol!

This product may be fine for some ailments, but you should make sure you understand the real source of your discomfort before using it. I was experiencing some discomfort and pain in one knee and an ankle and assumed it was due to one of the conditions discussed in this products literature. After taking this product for 3-4 weeks I found that my condition was getting a little worse. The effects of this product seemed to "lubricate" my joints making them a little wobbly and hence more uncomfortable. I then did some more research and determined that my discomfort was due to Tendonitis and not an issue with my joints themselves. I immediately stopped using this product and switched to basic Walgreens ibuprofen (an anti-inflamatory). Within 48 hours I noticed a significant improvement in my condition to a point of having about 1/3 the discomfort and the confidence that my discomfort should disappear after some additional treatment and rest. So before you start taking this to ease a pain, make sure you really have an joint issue and not a muscle or tendon issue.

The product arrived ahead of schedule. That was great service.
I am still awaiting the effects of the product, especially reducing the pain in my knees. I have not been taking it long enough, but so far, no negative side effects to report.
I remain hopeful.
