 LONG time to dissolve! July 23, 2010

The other reviews are correct in that these tablets do NOT dissolve well. My husband and I both must leave these under our tongues for a very long time allowing them to dissolve. Now I am stuck with three bottles of tablets. I will not purchase them again.

Most B-12 tablets are 1000 mcg but this one is 2000 mcg, so you only have to take 3 a day instead of 6 like you do with the others.
If you are vegetarian, it is important to have a good B-12 supplement. These taste good and they are reasonably priced. What more could you want?

I've been taking it for a couple of days. I think it needs time to probably do its job. I've been taking another B12 at a much lower dose for the past month. We'll see if it works. I'll update this part.
I give it four stars, because I'm not completely satisfied with the paper seal on the inside of the bottle and worry about the freshness as a result. It came off way too easy. It wasn't tamped with, because the plastic seal on the outside was extremely tight and that's why I think the freshness factor should be okay. Also, the cotton inside the bottle ensures the freshness. I just don't think they seal any of them tight (or tight enough to my satisfaction). I give it four stars due to this. Some would give it one star. Others would give it five stars anyways. It's a judgement call.
