We all know that we need anzymes but it requires several days to really know the difference. So start with a daily pill with your lunch and see how you feel after. I just purchased this product a week or 2 ago, and am amazed that I've finally found a product that allows me to cut down my twice a day Prilosec prescription to just 1 tablet. I am dairy intolerant and the last year or so have had a sudden problem with heartburn. I'm so happy to have found this product. Of course everyone is different, but it is certainly worth your trying out!
