This medicine has made a huge differance in the lives of me and my two sons. But it is not meant to be used regularly, and doenst get rid of all of the gluten effects, just minimizes them. You still have to follow your strict diet, but in those situations where there could be contamination, it is wonderful to have! I have a little key chain pill holder like those for nitro for heart patients. I will not leave the house with out it, because you never know what could come up!
