This is a supplement I have used for the past 4-5 years. I began taking this product when I first noticed a silver hair in my early 20's and now I'm the only one in my family that does not have any, when they, at the same age had much more...I am scootin' closer to middle age this year, and appear much younger to others. I have such an increased level of energy and focus and with three kids you need every ounce you can get. At the same time (about 4 years ago) I was trying to lose approximately 40 pounds, and was successful with the help of this vitamin and of course daily exercise and simple diet changes...within just 4 1/2 months, I am not joking, I succeeded! To say that I am impressed is just barely giving this product any credit/justice. I also "used" to suffer from early menopausal symptoms since having children so young, all symptoms have since completely disappeared; the night sweats, the hormonal swings etc etc...you know....all the joys of aging womanhood. Just so everyone knows, the list of contained minerals in this product is not listed in its completeness on this page, and for anyone interested you can find this complete supplement information at [...] where I used to order it until now since I found that the cost is far cheaper than going through the company itself as a general consumer and not a pharmacist.
