Magnesium Taurate is a scientifically-designed amino acid-mineral complex which insures maximal bioavailability of the essential macromineral, magnesium. THIS is an excellent product and I am pleased to be able to purchase this. I say this because of course you probably realize this very ability/right has been seriously threatened now through the moving forward of the Codex Alimentarius regulations which began in other countries and is slowly moving in this direction...
Hundreds of thousands of people die from prescription drugs each year and how many of them are removed from public access? Many of the worst ones remain on the market, as well as aspartame products, also kept on the market by the same FDA, specifically brought in under Rumsfeld many years ago in spite of very damming evidence against aspartame, which continues to this day. More adverse reaction forms come in re. aspartame than any other product. Again, thank you for making this available to us.

My daughter and I are very pleased with this magnesium taurate. It assists in the effectiveness of the heart medication I have to take and in the same way assists my daughter who has Diabetes. It helps muscular problems, too.

Have been taking this for about a year now to help with horrible migraines. The magnesium taurate has decreased the number of my migraines and have made the few I still experience must less debilitating.

I bought this upon the recommendation of a friend for my funny heart beats I was experiencing at night. (Yes, I have been fully checked out by a cardiovascular specialist and although I do have an abnormal heart beat it is within the range of normal). I no longer suffer from these thumping episodes and the added benefit is that I no longer suffer from constipation either! I am a 41 year old mom of 3 and I feel relaxed, and I'm also sleeping better.

I was having bad chest pains, either from mitral valve prolapse or anxiety (doctors weren't sure what was causing it) Either way, after taking this my chest pains have vanished. It's great, and it doesn't give you the runs!
