These B vitamins are a good choice if you don't mind a little vitamin-y taste and a lump under your tounge. In exchange for that, you get a very effective, fast acting B vitamin.
If you are not interested in fast action, you may be fine with a regular capsule. In that case, I'm not sure if these are the best value.
I personally find these to give me a great energy and concentration boost at work. One of these, and espresso, some fast music, and a glass of water--and you are ready to rock.
Oh--and I actually like the flavor of these.

I honestly don't think they'll have a hit with this sublingual supplement. The tablet is HUGE for a sublingual, about the size of 2.5 aspirins tablets! Tastes like vitamin B which is a flavor you don't want to savor. Does not dissolve smoothly. Now, I don't mind any of that much but do you think I could ever get someone in my family to use them? No way!
For supplement fanatics (like me) only. You have been warned!
