I have been using this product for a bit over 4 months now. My most recent blood work showed my LDL/HDL ratio has dropped from 8 to 5. I am not taking statins or any other cholesterol medications and I have nothing else to which I can attribute the drop. My supplements include niacin (1g) and flax seed oil (1.3g) but I have used both of these before without any significant improvement. I started off taking two capsules daily but I reduced the dosage to one capsule after noting a laxative effect, which resolved the issue. Libido is reduced but returns quickly whenever I stop using the product.

Despite the product name, according to the fine print the Resveratrol does not come from red wine, but from Polygonum cuspidatum (Japanese Knotweed).
Although different sources of Resveratrol should be equivalent, I was a little disappointed, as I had been specifically looking for a source of Resveratrol based on red wine.
