Good quantity and tons of nutrients. Best I could find for the price! Can feel the effects within a couple days. Started taking before we got pregnant because I don't have the best diet.

i am currently taking this product at the present time and im actually seen the effects my hair is getting longer, my skin is healthier, this vitamins are very good if your nursing.
