This is the one most recommended by Dr. Brad Watkins. It's tasty, complete, and won't get stuck in your stomach pouch. Plus there's the nostalgia factor. A Synchrony Health recommendation.

This product contains 100% of the RDA for vitamins & minerals. Other multivitamins I looked at had 300%, 5333%, and 2500% of the RDA. My doctor had said that I had extremely low iron and was also low in B vitamins and potassium. But I did not want to take mega-doses of vitamins. Flintstones are okay, I know they are made for kids, but they are way too sweet.
