I have been taking suppliments for 40 years, and have FINALLY found an affordable multi that is great. I am a loyal user and will be until I go toes up!! I am healthy, even though my eating habits have not always been the best, and I attribute this to my Vitalert.

I really like these vitamins and freaked when the stores in my area stop carrying them. so foolishly i thought i would try another type the one a day energy which i followed the directions and they made me sick tried taking half and they still made me sick so i threw them out and ordered the vitalert here online they do not make me sick or jittery like the one a day did lesson learned when you find something good stick with it ;)

I've been taking Vitalert for a few years now, recommended by my sister,and I love them! I cant have caffein so I was worried at first when my sister said how much energy she had when taking these, but there's no caffein. I definitely notice a difference when I stop taking Vitalert for a few days. I start feeling tired and the world is just not quite as bright. I do recommend that you eat something before taking these, as with most vitamins you can feel very sick if you take them on an empty stomach.

My pops turned me on to these. You don't have to take all 4 (the recommended dose) at the same time, but I've take 2 in the late morning and 2 in the late afternoon when I get the most tired during the day. Also, helps with bowl movements. GREAT!

Excellent multivitamin, all natural ingredients, greater variety of vitamins & minerals and in higher potency than those found on most store shelves. For example, this multivitamin includes bee pollen -- something more common in Europe (for energy and strengthening against allergy symptoms), but hard to find here. Great vitamin for very active people who need an extra nutrition boost. I've been using this for many years and have always looked for this brand wherever I lived, with hit-and-miss results in the local stores. Now finally it's available online.
Also, I missed the vendor-review deadline last fall and want to say that AKM Partners is great -- reliable shipper, the vitamins came quickly and well-packaged. They also emailed a link with detailed shipping-status information. I enthusiastically recommend both this multivitamin and this vendor.
