This vitamin has been advertised a lot lately as a great vitamin so I bought them. It's a horse pill folks, unless you have a very large trachea, buy something else. I cut them in half but they still got stuck. I cut them in fourths but why take 4 pills? Why do companies make these huge pills? They should have a disclaimer on them!
