I used to buy the Fit-N-Healthy Egg Protein, but I wanted to try somethng different because even though it has around 22grs of protein per serving and no artificial sweetener, it has a lot of sodium. Lately, it was not very pleasant to drink it since I was founding it too "salty". The sodium was hitting my buds too much. I found the Vitol 100% Egg Protein shake. I gave it a try and it is excellent. It is very easy to disolve in milk or water. You do not need a mixer or blender just with the fork will get disolved. The taste is very good and it has the sweetness of the honey (bee pollen). I did not need to add any sweetener. Plus it has more nutritional value than Fit-N-Health.

Well, I didn't buy this from Amazon but I bought it from the Vitamin Shoppe and it was the vanilla flavored one. Same price and I like this product very much. 24g of protein for a 3/4 scoop (I use a full scoop 32g). I either mix this with pineapple juice or milk. When I add with milk I add some eggs for the extra protein. The taste is nothing to be happy about but it's not bad either. If you want to add more vanilla flavor, just add some vanilla ice cream. I use the Breyers natural vanilla ice cream when I decide to add it. I'm 17 and just started using this stuff but I'm glad that I have. I've noticed that I've built some muscle and I've lost weight(this was my main goal). I have yet to see a product that has the same amount of protein with such a small serving size. It's pretty cheap which is definitely a plus. I make one shake per day at a full scoop and get about a months worth of shakes with this container. I would highly recommend this product to people who want a good, cheap protein powder.

I get headaches from whey protein.
Egg seems to have no negative aftereffect for me. Also no gas.
Product does indeed mix very well compared to whey. I am able to stir it with a fork to get most of it to mix.
Also tastes better than Whey.

This product has 24g of protein per serving and is ideal for getting lean because it has only about 110 calories and practically no fat. The taste is fairly forgettable but not regrettable. If you need a pure bulk, as fast as you can, I recommend cyto-gainer but we all know whey is tough on the stomach of many people, including myself.
There's been a lot of controversy regarding the high protein for muscle gain/weight loss and the jury seems to still be out. However, what I can say for sure (because Doctors and nutritionists have told me) is that more than 1g of protein per body weight is going to cause health issues over the long term. Also, the ideal ratio for carbos/fat/protein varies by body type and desired goal, the best way to learn is through trial and error. Personally, a diet relatively high in fat and protein works well for me, but that's only ideal for the short term.
I definitely recommend this product for either people who can't take whey or for those wanting to get lean. Pure egg is a purely brilliant idea...
