This is the first time I'm taking CEE and been on it for about 10 days now. No noticeable gains in strength or weight gain. When I've taken mono before I did put like 10 pounds on in 2 weeks, but all of it was water weight, and one night of drinking and you can kiss goodbye your increased size. Its still to early for me to tell if cellmass is working and I'm going to give BSN a fair shot. Amazon solicted me for my opinion, so here it is. My goal is put on lbs. I'm 28, a buck 75 shredded looking to hit 190 cock diesel. In all honestly, my best gains so far have been from weight gainers, and my next dollars will probably be spent on that. I still have 30 days left of the product, so ask me again in a month and my opinion may change.

I first took creatine about 10 years ago and it made me gain a ton of water in my body. It also made me constantly thirsty. I stopped after a month and never went back after that bloating experience. After getting back in to lifting the past year, I tried No Xplode which gave me the energy to work out hard. You have to get off No Xplode after a month or two because that one scoop doesn't work as well as the first month because your body gets used to it. Btw No Xplode does not advertise how much caffeine is in it.

Anyways, a budy of mine who used to compete in the amateur bodybuilding circuit told me to take Cellmass. He told me several times over and over until I finally did. I am really glad I did! Cellmass mixes very well with water and is not like the sandy creatine in other products. Cellmass' creatine is micronized which explains the ton of dust when you open up the container (trust me on this and don't inhale when you open the container or pour the scoop or you will sneeze). Cellmass does not make you bloat what so ever. I did notice the constaint gains in my bench presses every week. I gained about 15 lbs every two weeks and now am now peaked since I stopped taking it. It is amazing when you can't bench something and then a month later you are doing several reps of the same weight. I tried the NSM version of creatine which is cheaper in price, but it is very sandy and does not mix well with water. Save your money by not buying the cheaper forms of creatine. Cellmass is pricy but you really get what you pay for. I also noticed that my recovery time is extended by a day or two more since I stopped taking it. I only tried the grape flavor so far.

This takes away alot of the pain post work out and helps you recover faster then you normally would. I would suggest it to anyone that works out on a regular basis.

CELLMASS is a good creatine supplement. I recommend the Arctic Berry Blast flavor. After a few weeks of using Cell Mass you are either stronger from it or just stronger from the working out for three more weeks. Either way, it tastes good, and if it gives you that extra 10 or 20% on your reps, then it's probably worth it. After going off of a cycle you don't feel weaker, which begs the question of what it's actually doing, but nevertheless, if you like creatine, this is a good choice. Besides, even placebo does *something*.

I have been using NO Explode for a couple months, and it helped me make impressive gains. I added CellMass a month ago, and it's added a whole other level of gains. I take 2-3 scoops of NO Explode 1 hr before AM workout, 1-2 scoops CellMass immediately after workout, then 1-2 scoops CellMass right before bed. I'm adding 10-20 lbs/week for each exercise, my 2nd and 3rd sets are stronger than the 1st, and my skin literally feels a bit stretched from the size increase. I feel like superman with these BSN products! My only gripe is the cost to maintain this level of supplements.
