Worked wonders for me. I don't know if I Candida or what, but something was wrong with my gut and this greatly helped to restore the balance.

Having struggled with various digestive issues for over 20 and tried virtually every probiotic available, Three Lac was an answered prayer. Other probiotics, despite the volume, simply could not provide the results of a single ThreeLac packet. Prior to utilizing Three Lac I would literally catch a stomach bug if I entered the same room as another person who had been infected with the bug weeks before. The susceptibility to stomach illness was absolutely intolerable. Doctors prescribed numerous expensive tests and medicines that did not work. Three Lac aided in the increase of immune function, digestive utility, and the elimination of cramping, nausea, reflux, and indigestion. I had previously utilized Prilosec, Tagamet, Pepcid, and all the other popular medicines for about 20 years. Today, I don't take any stomach medicines. My guess is the isolated individual that rated Three Lac a one star either works for another probiotic company or the pharmaceutical company manufacturing prescribed digestive medications. Yes, this really works. Finally an end to my bloating, gas, indigestion and weight gain! Doctors have always said that I have IBS, but no one diagnosed candida.

My son started to take ThreeLac six months ago. I didn't think there was much improvement so we let the supply run out. Boy, was I sorry! I couldn't get the new shipment in fast enough. When he's taking ThreeLac (one packet per night), he sleeps better, his receptive language improves, his sensory issues improve, and he is less stimmy. The ThreeLac helps to keep his gut problems under control. I do recommend giving it a try. He's on a gfcf diet and ThreeLac does contain trace amts of casein, but it doesn't seem to affect him at all. Since he regresses without ThreeLac, he is going to stay on it.

Although I was somewhat skeptical about the viability of the ThreeLac, a friend of mine told me he had used it for his daughter, and was sold on it. Further research about the company who makes it gave me a solid enough comfort level to at least give it a try. Although I didn't notice any instant miracle energy or healing, but by the end of the month, I must admit I did feel better than when I started.
