I LEARNED OF THIS PRODUCT THROUGH MY WOMEN'S HEALTH AND FITNESS MAG...I DECIDED TO TRY IT OUT SINCE IT WAS INEXPENSIVE AND THE COMPANY I ORDERED IT FROM CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT THEY CLAIM IT WILL DO. IT ACTS LIKE A FIBER BINDING AGENT AND YOU REALLY DO BECOME FULL FASTER, CAUSING YOU TO EAT MUCH LESS. I HAVE ADDED IT TO SALAD DRESSINGS, JUICES (MAKE SURE YOU MIX IT VERY WELL SO IT WILL STAY OF A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY)AND I HAVE ADDED IT TO SOUPS. Great Product. I put this in my protein shakes and it makes it a nice thick shake. Comes in little packets, convenient to carry in my pocketbook for on the go. Had a problem with the shipping, but the company straightened out the problem. Would definitely buy this product again.

I love this fiber supplement. You can't taste it in most anything. The only drawback is that it thickens up my oatmeal a little too much. I'm sticking to using it in my protein shakes and items that can use a bit of thickener.
