I purchased this for my 10 year old ADHD daughter. She was on Stratera, and having horrible mood swings, especially in the evening when it was time to do homework. We took her off of it in May, and she took nothing over the summer. We did alot of research and decided to give Attend a try. We started her on it in August. For about a month we gave her one pill a day and I would say it made her more moody. Then we started giving her 2 pills a day everyday. Wow, what a difference. Her mood swings are so controled, she is happier, and has better impulse control. Things are not perfect, but I can say after 3 years of misery on Stratera, I feel blessed to have found such a great product, it is worth every penny. We have a much more normal homelife, it really is a dream. Her teachers have commented that she is more focused, she even has more confidence, and spends less time saying 'I can't do it' and more time asking 'how do I do it'.
My advice, be patient. Give the full dose every day. And remember this does need to build up in the system, but when it does, it is so worth it!

After 30 years of searching for a natural remedy for my scattered, hyper, impulsive brain, Attend has met the match. In addition, our 20 year old daughter, who has the same symptoms plus the component of being easily agitated, has also been immensely helped. After a front load of 2/1 capsules for 3 weeks, we both have eased into 1/1 daily (or 1 just in the a.m. if we forget the second, which still works well). Our test to see if Attend really worked was to stop taking it for 2 days, which made us both quickly learn to never do that again. We both felt agitation and had confused thoughts, which we had gladly gotten rid of with the Attend.
In addition, I take an Express daily to deal with anxiety that I have from going through the beginning of menopause, and that too seems to be easing this new uncomfortable condition.
My daughter's greatest benefit is the ability to maintain concentration during work and college studies. Personally, I like how it makes her nice and easy to be with!... a benefit for relationships all around. As for me, I can now read a book, able to pass up on what I call pop corn reading (jumping from paragraph to paragraph until I would give up). Plus, I can watch the news and track the entire piece. Both these symptoms have been a problem ever since I was a child. In addition, I'm not so likely to interrupt when I'm spoken to, which translates to: I can listen! What a blessing for me and others!
So many benefits....... an answer to much prayer and worth every penny.

My son is 21 and has ADHD. He has recently wanted to go back on Ritilan to help him focus with his college studies. I convinced him to try Attend and he says it works great. I've noticed a big change in him also. He seems to have matured in the last couple of months too.
To try and save some monthly cost of this supplement, I found I could buy 3 bottles at a time on Amazon.com at a substantial savings. The product came in a very timely manner and I plan to continue purchasing Attend this way. Thanks!!

I started to take Attend after explaining my inability to focus to a friend. I felt overworked and couldn't keep business and home life events in my memory. I even wrote notes continuously to myself to remember. I started taking Attend and my ability to focus was amazing. My wife noticed, my co-workers noticed, and I noticed the difference. I would recommend this to anyone to at least try once for a week. It takes a few days to notice a difference.
