I have almost finished two bottles of this, and I have yet to experience any changes at all. I gave the two stars for the price compared to buying in a local store, and for the convenience.

I looked forward to trying this supplement since it is natural. I took 1 capsule before lunch and one before dinner the first couple of days. When I increased the dose to two capsules, I began to get migraines. I toughed it out for a couple of days, hoping that they would go away, but they didn't. I think they were causing dehydration, which caused the headaches. I can't take more than one and taking just one really didn't have an effect on me.

This product did nothing for me. My blood sugar had no change at all and I had no weight loss or appetite suppression. Waste of $20
