save your money October 20, 2008 R. Jordan 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I am experiencing morning/noon/afternoon sickness at 14 weeks. People raved about them so I made a purchase after reading several reviews and friends saying how great they worked (mostly hearsay). Two days before purchasing them I sucked a Lifesaver. I will have to say that not only did the pops not work on the days I have used them I actually have the continuing sick feeling and vomit on top of that. I sure they work for some people but you can get the same effect a lot cheaper with a Lifesaver.
I love them! August 27, 2007 Natalia R. Fernandez (morgan.nj) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I'm in my second preg. and with my first I was diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum (that means I had a worst case of "morning sickness" then 75% of the population). They gave me Zofran which is commenly given to chemo patience to reduce thier nausia, it worked. Now with this preg. My doc put me right on the Zofran, the only things is it's not working as well and one of the side affects is that it makes u tired and with an 18 month old it's hard to be tired and slightly nausies (after taking the Zofran), so I finlay gave in a bought the Preggie Pops (well my husband did) I had seen them in my first preg. but thought that just like all the other things out there they weren't worth the waist of money. NO sir! These are so worth it. I love them I currently have a tangerine one in my mouth. I LOVE, Love them. Although I must say I prefer the sour lemon, sour tangerine, and sour peppermint. The rasberry tasted good but it was way to sweet and just made me even more nausies. I actually had to take a Zofran right after the Rasberry because it made me so queezy. Anywho for me they've been a life savier and my son has a huge bag of lolipops my sister bought him (which he never eats because I don't like giving him sweets) I tried those 1st b4 buying the Preggie Pops,(because just like some one else b4 said I thought it would all be the same) and well it just doesn't compare. Another great thing about the Preggie Pops is that it's made with all natrual things so it actually gives u a semi energy boost (it's not like drinking a red bull not that I have ever tryed a Red Bull, it's just a small boost enough to get u to a meal or some fruit), and if ur anything like me, u need one. Just remember that just like all pregnancy's are diffent all pregnant woman are diffrent and what might have worked for one may not work for another and visa versa, so go into it with a clear and open mind. Good Luck!
Preggie Pops have saved my life August 22, 2007 S. Downes (Yokota AB, Japan) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm in the military and have been dealing with morning, noon and night sickness. I work with all men so they don't understand how horrible pregnancy can be on a woman so I've got to do anything I can to keep from getting sick. Preggie pops have settled my ever churning stomach so I can make it through my day with little to no nausea. Anyone that says these didn't work for them, I feel sorry for them! I look at water and become ill. When that happens, I grab a preggie pop and can continue with my day.
Would not buy them again. January 3, 2007 Matt W (Boston, MA USA) 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
These did not hep me. They are just candy and tasted great but did nothing for my nausea. In the end candied ginger and Saltines did the trick.
Amazing!!!!! September 13, 2006 J. Lee (Birmingham, AL) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
With my first child, I had nausea and sickness 24/7 for 6 months straight and was miserable. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant with my second child and have had nausea for the last 2 weeks...even phenergan and zofran aren't helping. A friend suggested the Preggie Pop Drops and all I have to say is that I am amazed. Within 2 minutes, the nausea goes away and I am fine for about 4 hours and then I take another one. Thank you to whoever invented these because I don't know how I would get through another pregnancy without them!
