Vertigoheel was prescribed by my ENT for dizzyness and vertigo. The only alternative was taking meclazine which was too strong and about knocked me out for the day. Started vertigoheel with three tabs a day for about a week and now take two tabs a day. It works, have not had vertigo, walking while holding the walls, for about a month.
