 HCG works even for vegetarians August 22, 2010

i bought this product and followed the hcg protocol which is everywhere online. I am 14 days in and I have lost 12.6 pounds. I'm happy with the result all the reading says vegetarians do not lose as much weight but I have had no problems. I find myself full and not have hunger cravings. The diet is strict and you can't cheat but its 20 days followed by maintenance. I would strongly recommend.

I purchased this product over a week ago, and it shipped in three days. I've been taking the product, along with following the HCG Protocol, for 6 days and I have lost 6.6 pounds. There is no bitter taste, just the feel of the alcohol under your tongue. By day two I was not hungry and I had more energy than I have had in weeks. In fact, it has reduced my appetite tremendously as well. The seller has a great website and a wealth of health-related information. I would totally recommend this over any other HCG Homeopathic drops. I love it!!!!

You do lose weight with this product. I got 2 bottles and do the drop every 4 hrs instead. I lost 23 pounds in 40 days from size 8 down to size 4. My hubby is pretty impressed with the result! the diet difficult to do, but well worth it!

I bought this product with my eyes wide open. I did not (and still don't) believe any product can allow you to lose 1-2 pounds/day. I also know that ingesting 500 calories/day has many dangers. And the then all the other "stuff" recommended to ensure rapid and extreme weight loss with this product (don't wear makeup?) is just silly. BUT, I had also read that HCG (not this specific product) can SOMETIMES reduce food cravings which is what I had been experiencing for the past 3 years. I had never had a weight problem until 3 years ago when I started gaining a lot of weight-went from 125 to 170. There were/are some "legitimate" reasons for this sudden change in my body-I went through menopause and a great deal of stress and a few others things but the reality is that I was shoving a lot of junk food into my mouth and not following any exercise plan. I get it. If you suddenly double the amount of calories you had previously eaten and they are mostly junky calories and you don't exercise, you ARE going to gain weight. So I did start an exercise plan in January but didn't lose any weight because I would come home from a workout and open the fridge and start eating. The cravings for carbs and sugar were all consuming. I felt as if I was trying to kick a really bad drug or alcohol habit. I would wake up and say, "I'm NOT going to eat junk today" but I just couldn't stop. SO, I purchased this product and scanned the one page diet rules (again, limiting calorie intake to 500 calories, something called fat loading, etc.) and just tossed it. But I did take the product and slowly, the cravings started to subside. I now work out more and eat healthier but never go below 1200 calories/day which at my age, height, etc. is the minimum amount that is recommended for weight loss. Anything less constitutes "starvation" for, again, MY body (I'm 5'4"). And I have lost 7 pounds in the past month. And I'm happy with that because I know that any faster loss will be temporary and dangerous. It took my 3 years to gain 45 pounds so I'm more than happy with this rate (7 pounds/month). I'm sure the most of my weight loss can be attributed to the exercise and healthy eating so I don't know nor can I say 100% that this product contributed to my weight loss BUT this I do know. I have more energy-not a ton- but enough to follow an exercise plan without making an excuse for not getting my fanny off the couch and not going to the gym. And the diet I'm on is not an extreme hardship. I eat a cookie or 2 if I want but not the whole package. It's a healthy diet, actually more of a lifestyle change and I hope to continue eating this way and exercising. So I'll stop but will say that all I know is that my cravings stopped when I started with this product so it seemed to work for me with that aspect which helped me move on to a healthier lifestyle. Can't make any promises that this will work for you but if you can afford the $50 or so cost, give it a shot. Just start taking 10 drops 3x/day at first (don't go to 500 calories and continue wearing makeup if you do already) and see what happens. Good luck!
